Anyone victim of a theft or disappearance of a prestigious Swiss watch can register his timepiece in our stolen Swiss luxury watches database. Find the necessary steps hereafter :
In order to be able to register your stolen watches, you firstly need to create a "business" account. This subscription is totally free. A manual validation of the account will be made by WatchSearcher.
Once your registration is validated, you will receive an email with information on how to connect to your "business" interface.
A secured interface allows you to register your watches in our database.
In order to have your inserted watches activated in our database, you must provide proof of the theft and ownership of the stolen watches. It can be a police report, proof of the purchase, etc.
A bill will be triggered automatically. Each declared watch will be charged at 3% of its value, but at least CHF 50.
The inserted watch will thus be stored for 10 years in our database. If the latter is not recovered in this lapse of time, it will remain in our database but in an inactive status.
In case someone does a search on one of your stolen watches, we will provide you with information which will allow you to inform the competent authorities.
Thanks to our database, your stolen watches cannot be brought to a jeweler without being retrieved.
